Cooks Valley Cemetery Meeting

Chairman Darrel Fehr called the annual cemetery meeting to order on July 8, 2019 at 7:49 pm.  Cemetery committee present:  Darrel Fehr and David Clements.  Delegation present: Vicki Freeberg, Victoria Trinko, Judy Prince, Rod Thorson, Jordan Braegelmann, Beth and Gene Pagel.   

David Clements made a motion to accept and place on file the minutes of the June 11, 2018 Cooks Valley Cemetery meeting.  Darrel Fehr seconded the motion.  The motion passed 2-0. 

Discussion and action on maintenance and funding for the upkeep of the Cooks Valley Cemetery:  Harry Prince was unable to attend so Judy Prince reported that he has plenty black dirt on hand to continue to fill holes.  Maintenance is going smoothly. There is one dead pine tree that needs to be cut down. Darrel Fehr received a letter of compliment from Daniel Harwood. Judy Prince read the letter to the committee present.

Darrel Fehr made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:55 pm.  David Clements seconded the motion.  The motion carried 2-0.
